Hale Groves Consumer Complaint
This company's customer service was pathetic right until I canceled my order. I struggled for 15 days to try to get my orders corrected and confirmed. From the original order-taker to the next to last supervisor I spoke with not one single person (7 in total) followed through to ensure the order was correct. I was left with the tast of rotten fruit in my mouth and will never consider purchasing from them again.

Hale Groves Consumer Complaint
Received a package of your oranges, grapefruit, tangerines etc from my sister-in-law. Have NEVER been more disappointed. There was actually MOLD on the fruit. Had a good chuckle when I saw you use a (brix) refractometer to measure for sweetness. Someone should taste the fruit. Bonnielikwarz@yahoo.com

Horrible service!
Hale Groves Consumer Complaint
We ordered a large box of white grapefruit ($65.00). When the box arrived and we opened it, the entire box smelled very musty/moldy. We realized that the smell was coming from the green packing foam, and it had permeated the entire box of grapefruit. Every grapefruit tasted musty. We called on 12/5/14 and were promised a replacement box. When it hadn't arrived by 12/18, we called again and were told that our replacement order had never been processed. We were promised that a new replacement order would be processed and that the fruit would arrive on Jan 2 or 3, 2015. When it still...

Just received a call from my customer. he stated she appreciates the thought, however, the fruit was rotten. A few of the oranges still looked good but was concerned after she noticed the rotten tangerines. Also, there was not a card wishing a merry Christmas. She thought I had sent it because I sent fruits in the past. Very disappointed in Hale groves products.

Hale Groves Consumer Complaint
It reduced a $70 box to $39 with free shipping. They continually had the wrong zip code on the package. Thank goodness my post office knows the correct zip code for my delivery address so the box was only a day late. The oranges were yellow, not orange and had absolutely no flavor what so ever. None. The tangerines were somewhat better, as was the grapefruit, but the oranges, of which made up the majority of the box, were tasteless. I will never order from them again, nor will I recommend them.

the product was delivered 2 weeks late, so much for our Christmas present for our family. even though the order was made 1 month in advance! when i called them to see what happened they told me I will get a call back to see if they approved some kind of credit, i never received the call. Followed up again and only then they told me a credit was made in the amount of $10! My order was my than $100! Never again,

Disappointed in two different gift orders!

Received order of grapefruits from Mom before Christmas. Half were rotten. Called customer service and was told they would send more. That was December 20th. Still waiting! Called back in January because mother-in-law had ordered honey bells, also in December. Was told they were shipped January 14 and had been rerouted because we were moving and had forwarding order in place, actually as of that date. I suggested to customer service rep that by the time we got them at our new address, they would be rotten. She brushed me off. As of January 23, still had not received. Hate to tell my mom and...

Never again
Hale Groves Consumer Complaint
I will never buy from Hale's Grove ever again. The pictures on thier website are decieving to what you recieve. The picture on the internet had 30 oranges for $50 with shipping. But I only recieved 18 oranges. They are shipped on weight. I called and customer service said they were "sorry for the misrepresentation"
Never again!!!! I'll get my oranges from the supermarket!
